For the Tax Lien process we conduct Registry of Deeds research to identify outstanding mortgages, attachments, judgments, Homeowners Association Liens, IRS liens and all State of New Hampshire liens. Our research findings are reported digitally by email followed by the mailing of a hard copy of all research in an indexed bound booklet.

For the Deeding process we conduct Registry of Deeds research to identify outstanding mortgages, attachments, judgments, Homeowners Association Liens, IRS liens and all State of New Hampshire liens. Our research findings are reported digitally by email followed by the mailing of a hard copy of all research in an indexed bound booklet.
On occasion, a town or city may want to better assess whether a deeding is viable before undertaking the deeding, in which case we provide full title examinations for review by town counsel. Such full title examinations are completed in accordance with the New Hampshire Bar Association Title Examination Standards and includes hard copies of all deeds, liens, easements, rights of way and plans found.
