If desired, we prepare all required Notices for Certified Mail/Return Receipt Requested service, in envelopes ready for mailing. We consolidate Mortgagee Notices by addressee to eliminate unnecessary postage fees, saving money in the long run. Copies of all Notices are provided to the Tax Collector digitally by email followed by the mailing of a hard copy of all Notices Prepared in an indexed bound booklet.
Should a town or city prefer to prepare their own notices, we will provide a list of mortgagee addresses, in addition to the research summaries, to assist in the preparation of notices for mailing.
