Founded in 1988, by Karen Wheeler and her late husband Jack Wheeler, we began assisting the Town of Amherst, NH with their annual Tax Lien Mortgagee Research. Karen Wheeler, Manager and Title Examiner
Co-founder, Manager and Title Examiner with 43 years of New Hampshire Real Estate Title Examination experience. She holds an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Rivier College, Nashua, NH and is a former Instructor of Paralegal Studies in Real Estate Law at Hesser College, Manchester, NH. When she is not working she enjoys theater, costume design and basket making. With Jack’s passing late 2021, she relocated to Florida to join the rest of the Total Notice Team.
Nikki Cash, Assistant Manager and Title Examiner
Assistant Manager and Title Examiner who joined the Total Notice team in 2020 when Uncle Jack and Aunt Karen recruited her. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and has embraced the passion and attention to detail necessary for title examinations. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Marcus and their two dogs, enjoying the Florida life and being on the water.
Sally Cash, Data Entry and Clerical Support
Data Entry and Clerical Support who was recruited by her brother, Jack Wheeler, in 2015 to assist in data entry and creation of yearly databases from our existing database records and identification of parcels not previously searched. Prior to joining Total Notice she worked as a management consultant for over 30 years. She is an avid fisherwoman, tennis player and baseball fan. She also has a heart for missionary work and has participated in 15 global mission trips.
