Total Notice LLC Services
At Total Notice LLC, we offer a full range of services designed to meet statutory obligations of municipalities and simplify the Tax Lien and Tax Collector's Deed processes. Our goal is to help you collect Real Estate Taxes in a cost effective and timely manner.
Certified Mail Notices
We prepare all required Notices for Certified Mail/Return Receipt Requested service, in envelopes ready for mailing. We consolidate Mortgagee Notices by addressee to eliminate unnecessary postage fees, saving money in the long run. Copies of all Notices are provided to each Tax Collector in a bound booklet and on a digital CD.
Mailing
Many Tax Collectors take advantage of our mailing service. After the Notices are prepared and reviewed by our Tax Collector clients, we will mail the notices ourselves for no charge other than the Certified Mail postage. We forward the Postmaster stamped Certified Mail Manifest to the Tax Collector for their records.
