Founded in 1988, we began assisting the Town of Amherst, NH with their annual Tax Lien Mortgagee Research. We take pride in our ability to have a positive impact on the Real Estate Tax collections process by identifying and notifying all mortgage holders, attachments, IRS liens, and State of New Hampshire Human Services assistance liens. Co-founder and Title Examiner with 33 years of New Hampshire Real Estate Title Examination experience; and 16 years Massachusetts Real Estate Title Examination experience. Holds an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Rivier College and is a former Instructor of Paralegal Studies in Real Estate Law at Hesser College. Also founder of Nantucket Paralegal & Title Services, providing Real Estate Title Examinations and Paralegal services unique to Nantucket, Massachusetts.
